This is my first indoor bike trainer and am very pleased with the purchase. My fiance and I were looking for a well built reliable product without breaking the bank and this was it. It came with the mountable resistance adjuster that others in this price range lacked; it came with a metal rear axle; and it came with a block to hold the front tire (which not all in this price range included and on its own was around another $10). This was definitely the best bang for our buck so we took a chance on this "not yet reviewed" item.The noise level is not bad, doesn't drown out music etc, however i suspect that it might be even lower if you used it for a ten speed and not mountain bike. Id also like to point out that we are in a first floor apartment with hardwood floors and had a bit of vibration through the floor/walls so we purchased gym mats to act as shock absorbers to keep from annoying our landlord (again likely from the mountain bike tires, and we wouldn't have done if we were the homeowners).My only complaint is with the assembly instructions. They are lacking when it comes to putting together the actual trainer. There were no instructions on the products website, so if my fiance wasn't as technically inclined as he is i would have had a hard time with figuring this out by myself. However,the instructions on replacing your bike's axle and mounting the bike into the trainer were excellent and were well written.All in all i am pleased with this trainer and definitely feel it was the best value for our money. Definitely would buy again!
