the needle is sharp and it came with everything that was needed but the jewelry was too big to fit into the needle . You can push it through but there’s a lot of blood and it hurts really bad.Just get it done professionallyit’s much easier to do without the clamp, doesn’t actually come with all the stuff in the photo (well mine didn’t) that I was a lil disappointed of but other than that I think it’s cuteIt came with one 16g and one 14g needle, however, I do recommend doing the smart thing and actually using some type of numbing stuff.The white scissor things aren’t the best their really thick and you can’t see where the needle is going so I suggest not using them and going with your hand but the needle is great and so are the rings, it comes with a good amount of rings and two needles so it’s good I just suggest that if you can handle pain buy numbing cream or something to numb the painThe kit is good it comes with everything. The only thing is you might wanna get your own jewelry because the small on is really tiny and the regular isn’t perfect. * I couldn’t get the other ball on*So I just got this to pierce my septum and it only came with gloves, a needle (14g) and that's was it so what am I supposed to do here?I used this at a friends to do my septum and it looks greatMy kit came with waaay more than i expected, i got the clamps, two 14g needles and two 16g needles, gloves, two alcohol cleaning pads, and in total six horseshoes for the piercing. The jewelry ranges from 14g to 16g. The clamps were really harsh so i ended up piercing without them. The needle was sharp which made it easy to pierce and i was able to fit the jewelry in the end of the needle so i while i pulled out the needle the jewelry just went in. A very good kid especially for the price.
